How far along? 38 weeks
Total weight gain/measurements: 132lbs which puts me at a 22lb weight gain.
Maternity clothes: Most of the time. The top I’m wearing today is non-maternity.
Stretch marks: None so far, thankfully! I continue to use coconut oil at night and palmers cocoa butter in the morning.
Sleep: Sleep has been pretty terrible. I wake up on average 4 times per night to go to the bathroom. By the time I get up, my bladder is painfully full and I just literally roll myself out of bed because I can’t stand up straight.
Best moment this week: Hubby and I decided to have a date day/night in the city, which was nice because we’ve been cleaning, de-cluttering and working a lot to get things done before the baby comes, so it was nice to get a break. We started out with Brunch at a restaurant that cooks seasonal food from local farms and spent the day walking around the city visiting parks and stores.
Miss anything? This week I’m starting to miss not being pregnant. Yet, at the same time, I know that I’ll miss being pregnant one day, so I’ m trying to stay positive. Getting around work and completing my daily tasks has been extremely hard. I just feel like I’m carrying so much weight and she still sits very high on my ribs making it hard to breath.
Movement: Yes, she moves all the time.
Food cravings: None 
Anything making you queasy or sick? I started getting really bad heart burn at around 36 weeks, to the point I felt this fire sensation in my throat. I have heard about women burning their vocal chords during pregnancy, so my husband went out and bought me Tums at 1:30am, which was really nice of him. Heart burn does seem to have subsided, and I think it’s because she dropped a little.

Labour signs: I’m getting braxton hicks contractions and menstrual-like cramps.
Belly button in or out? Out
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or moody most of the time:  Happy most of the time but I wake up very grumpy when I take naps.
Looking forward to: It’s the start of week 39 tomorrow and I’ll be getting another of my weekly NST’s (non-stress test) and a growth ultrasound. My Doctor today said, if I drop to the 10th percentile or less (I’m currently at 18th), I will be scheduled for induction. So far, I’m not dilated at all and my Dr. feels like I should not go past my due date given my thyroid history and her growth. This means, that if she doesn’t come by the 29th, they’ll schedule an overnight induction. I was really hoping labor would come on its own, since it’s a more natural process (and less painful, from what I hear) but I’m starting to prepare myself for the likelihood of being induced.
